Cancellation policy – no charge if you cancel 2 days before your lesson while we’re open

Stopping lessons – we assume you’re continuing forever; let us know if you want to come off the schedule.

Expiration dates on packs – you have 3 months to use a 4-pack; you have 11 weeks to use a 10-pack.

Using expired lessons – expired lessons can still be used as extra lessons.

Dropping a class – refunds are available if you drop 2 days before the 2nd class meeting

Refunds – usually 85% of tuition if class is timely dropped

Retake space-permitting – if you have to late drop a class, you can retake the same class for just 15% of the tuition, space permitting

Tutorials – if you are a Member, you can take a discounted private lesson or two with your teacher

Dropping a class – you can receive a 95% refund if you drop 2 days before the 2nd class meeting.

Drop-ins – you’re welcome to pay as you go for single drop-ins if you’re unable to commit to a full session, or purchase a 5-pack of drop-ins for more flexible attendance.

Information collected on this website will not be shared, sold or rented with any other organization.  We will respect your requests regarding use of your information.  When you create a student account in our MindBody system, we will add you to our postal and email mailing list, from which you can be removed at your request.
